iTero 3D Scanner
we are proud to offer an iTero 3D scanner. We take pride in providing modern, high quality care so you can have the smile you deserve. We are constantly updating our equipment in order to provide patients with state-of-the-art dental care. It allows us to take images of your smile to show you the results you can get with our aligner services.
The largest benefit of producing images with our scanner is that you won’t have to get impressions made, which can be quite unpleasant. You won’t have to deal with the unpleasant taste of the gooey material, or the discomfort of the molding trays. Instead, the scanning process is quite comfortable, and you can breathe normally during the procedure.
The procedure is also completely safe because there is no radiation. Instead, it uses a laser to form the images.
3D Printing
We are able to 3D print our models so that our retainers fit more precisely. This allows us to avoid taking gooey putty molds of our patients. The 3D digital model allows us to make more accurate fitting appliances, such as retainers and permanent retainers. Also, we are able give our patients the 3D printed models of their teeth to keep and to bring into the office should they need a new clear retainer made.
